Originally from Greenville, Kentucky, Ben attended Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. He and his wife have been married for 20 years and have two children. Their oldest will be a sophomore at the University of Illinois this fall, while their youngest will be starting eighth grade. Ben and his family have called Galesburg, Illinois home for the past 20 years.
Ben’s agricultural roots run deep. Growing up, he spent time working alongside his grandfather on the family cattle farm. When an opportunity opened in the parts department, it felt like a natural fit and marked the beginning of a career that has now spanned a decade and a half.
When asked about his favorite memory at Parallel Ag, Ben says it’s the people. Over the years, he has enjoyed working alongside great coworkers and building lasting relationships throughout the company. Those relationships, combined with a shared commitment to customers, have been one of the most rewarding parts of his career.
As Service Manager, Ben is focused on continuing to build a team that delivers exceptional customer service while creating a positive workplace where employees can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work each day. His leadership and experience help ensure customers receive the support they need while fostering a strong team culture within the dealership.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys traveling and camping with his family.
Fifteen years of service is a significant milestone, and Ben’s dedication, leadership, and commitment to both his team and customers have made a lasting impact on the Wataga location and Parallel Ag as a whole.
Congratulations, Ben, on 15 years with Parallel Ag, and thank you for your dedication and contributions to the team!
