Along with the warranty, Gold Star also includes factory recommended maintenance at the required intervals throughout the warranty period, at no cost to the customer. All parts and labor required to perform the maintenance for three years or 3000 hours is included with the purchase of the tractor. Parallel Ag’s factory trained technicians will also complete a full-machine inspection at each maintenance interval to ensure your tractor is ready to go and requires no other repairs.
Also included for the complete warranty period is a loaner program. Should there be an issue with your tractor that cannot be resolved by Parallel Ag within 48 hours after diagnosis has been completed, Parallel Ag will provide a similar machine to you so your work can continue.
