I just like my local dealership’s service. Parallel Ag’s service is fantastic. Anytime I have had an issue, they fix it right away and it seems like they always have parts available for me. If I break down, they always have the parts, and I can get back up and running within a day. I own several pieces of Massey Ferguson equipment, and you just get more bang for your buck. My cutter cuts about 30% faster than my old machine. They get me up and running fast, and they are always very pleasant. I think they relate to the farmer and have been very responsive.
