Performance

Pick Up and Go
Five-tine bar pick-up reel and a lighter weight wrapper made from highly durable polypropylene material. The new design allows faster ground speed, increased performance, and smoother operation.

Denser Bales Through Pre-Compression
The LB2200 Series pre-forms each flake in a pre-compression chamber before moving it to the plunger to create dense, consistent bales. Tighter, more uniform bales every time.

Automatic Knotter Lubrication
The knotters are constantly lubricated by an oil-based autolube system, reducing maintenance time. The cycle is fully automatic and controlled by the Datatronic 5 terminal.

High-Capacity ProCut Option
The Hesston-built rotor cutter upgrade forces crop material through stationary knives for higher capacity and more efficient cutter baling. Simplified serviceability and a more precise cut.

Proven Roller Chain Drives
The LB2200 Series uses chain drives with the highest quality roller chain on the market for the majority of power transfer. Less downtime, easier repairs.

Highly Organized Crop Flow
The LB2200 Series maximizes capacity by pulling crop from the pick-up with revolving packer forks and positively feeding it into the pre-compression chamber. Organized flow means higher throughput.

Double-Knotted for Better Bales
The Hesston-designed double knotter system has been in use since 1978. Maintains the perfect bale after it leaves the chamber, through transport, and all the way to its destination.
