Description

The Sunflower 9413 is a three-point-mounted grain drill built with large seed hoppers that hold about 3.75 bu. per foot. It suits no-till, minimum-till, and conventional seeding, and heavy-duty construction adds the weight and strength needed for tough no-till conditions. The Heads Up opener’s down pressure adjusts without tools, so switching between conventional and minimum-till work is simple. Optional marker assemblies with 15-inch blades help with pass-to-pass accuracy, and a clear plastic sight glass on each seed box lets operators check seed level from the tractor seat. Seed rates are set with a simple screw-type adjustment, and maintenance-free sprockets, chain, and spring-loaded drive wheels keep constant soil contact; the drive wheels slide on hex shafts to change row spacing. A transport safety light kit and SMV emblem come standard, along with non-skid walk boards and heavy-duty ladders for safe access.
