Center delivery puts the crop between the rotors with large overlaps, which means tidy forage transfer and clean swath formation even when conditions are working against you. Five models from 19 feet up to 30 feet 2 inches, tool-less working width adjustment, and available Section Control that raises the rotor arms automatically so you are not overlapping passes. Fluffy, uniform windrows that dry consistent and bale easy.

Features
Better Forage Quality
Clean, Precise Raking
Driven by PTO, MF RK Series rotary rakes hug field contours for clean, precise raking. Controlled tine action gently handles even the heaviest forages, creating fluffy, uniform windrows that dry down consistently and bale easier.
Less Ash, More Leaf
Minimal ash incorporation and increased leaf retention throughout the raking process mean higher-quality forage with improved digestibility and marketability.
Tangentially Arranged Tine Arms
The tangential arrangement of the tine arms gives you the best raking quality and an ideal swath. It also makes significantly higher working speeds possible, which is exactly what you want when the harvesting weather is not in your favor.
Center Delivery Advantage
Large Overlaps Between Rotors
Large overlaps between the rotors ensure tidy forage transfer and swath formation even under difficult working conditions.
One Clean Swath Down the Middle
Center delivery gathers the crop between the rotors into a single uniform windrow, sized for whatever is following you into the field.
Adjustable Working Width
Working width adjusts without tools, and combined with the externally adjustable control cam it creates an optimum swath for the machines following behind.
Cam Track & Rotor Build
Cam Track
The optimized shape of the cam track, made of spheroidal graphite cast iron, provides maximum smooth running and quick, precise lifting of the tines.
Modern and Proven Design
The large-dimensioned drive unit and the precision-manufactured tine arm housing made of aluminum alloy are both good examples of a modern, proven design.
Special Bolt-On Connection
The rake head is bolted together using a conical ring to form a sturdy unit. The advantage is that the bolts are not subjected to any shearing effect, only to compressive and tensile forces.
Tines That Stay Put
Tine Support
All MF tine supports are made of sturdy tube material and manufactured from one piece of metal. The connection point to the tine arm is machined for a perfect fit, which makes the tine arms easy to insert and reduces wear to a minimum.
Tine Fixture
The tines are not pushed over the tine tube. Each tine is screwed in from the bottom instead, so the side of the arm facing the forage is absolutely smooth and forage will not stick to it.
Set It and Go
Perfect Working Height
Linear height adjustment is fitted as standard and adapts easily and conveniently to your working height and ground conditions.
Tool-Less Camtrack Adjustment
Tool-less camtrack adjustment simplifies modifications on the go.
Automatic Height Limitation
The lowest transport height is always achieved regardless of the preselected working width. Because of the automatic height limitation in the headland position, you no longer need to switch off the tractor PTO on headland turns.
Field Efficiency
Section Control
Available Section Control enhances field efficiency by automatically raising the rotor arms to avoid overlapping, which reduces operator fatigue and labor needs and gets you out of the field faster.
Beat the Weather
Uniform windrows dry faster and more consistently, so you can start raking earlier, get into the field sooner and move to baling faster.
Rugged Rotor Chassis
Each rotor chassis on the MF RK 662, 762, 862 and 922 features four wheels per rotor assembly, while the 922 PRO comes with six. All models are equipped with a tandem axle and 18-inch tires.
PRO Twin Leading Wheels
On the 922 PRO the twin leading wheels were redesigned to be larger and rigid, to guarantee smooth running even under difficult conditions in a stubble field.
