Return/Restocking Policy
- You may return most NEW, UNOPENED STOCK items within 10 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Special order items will not be eligible for a refund, without prior approval from the manufacturer.
- Electrical parts can be returned if the box and/or bag has not been opened.
- Ground engaging parts will not be returnable once used unless the manufacturer recalls the product.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise after 10 days.
- If you need to return an item, please contact us. No returns will be accepted without a RMA # and a receipt.
