Description
The LEMKEN Heliodor 9 is a compact disc harrow built for shallow stubble cultivation and seedbed preparation. Two rows of serrated concave discs, individually mounted on leaf springs, cut and mix residue with precise depth control. A 10.5° cutting angle to the ground and 16.5° to travel direction penetrate cleanly. This dual-angle design works well on both light and medium soils. The open frame design keeps large free spaces around the discs so trash flows through without plugging. Sealed angular ball bearings with a labyrinth seal and steel cover shield the discs from dirt, dust, and twine. Five working widths, from 200 to 400 cm, let growers match tractor size to the job. This lightweight build and low power requirement support high working speeds at a lower fuel cost. Mounted 3 m and 4 m versions can pair with a LEMKEN Solitair seed drill for combined tillage. Growers gain a single-pass option for stubble work and sowing.
