Description

The STIHL RMA 460 V is the first self-propelled mower in STIHL’s AK battery series, built for small to midsize yards. It has a 19″ steel mowing deck with an 18.1″ cutting width and 8 spring-assisted cutting height positions from 1″ to 3.9″. The variable-speed self-propel drive runs 0.6–2.8 mph via a slide lever, and the brushless motor automatically adjusts power to grass conditions — less in light grass, more in tall or thick grass — with an ECO mode for added efficiency and no gradual power drop-off as the battery depletes. It starts with a push-button and locking key, folds down into several storage positions including upright, and comes as a set with an AK 30 S battery and AL 101 charger.
