The Great Plains Qualidisc is a high-speed hybrid disc built for tillage speed and finish quality. Cone-shaped blades size, mix, and bury residue at speeds up to 12 mph. Exclusive Cone-Shaped Blades
Cone-shaped blades cut out the full soil profile at any depth or speed. As blades wear, they hold a consistent cutting angle for even performance and reduced planter bounce.

Lateral Disc Adjustment
Adjust disc blades to overlap for complete soil cutout throughout the life of the blades.

Independent Arm Disc Mounts
Each disc mounts on an independent arm with an elastomer safety device. Angular contact bearings and a 5-lip seal keep the hub sealed and protected.

Speed & Depth Control

High-Speed Operation
Run the Qualidisc at 8 to 12 mph to cover more acres in less time.

Hydraulic Depth Adjustment
A lock valve holds the cylinders steady for a consistent working depth. Pivot the plastic chocks to quickly change depth in the field.

Narrow Transport
Every Qualidisc size folds to a 9-foot transport width for easy road travel.

Rollers & Stability (Optional)

Choice of Rollers
Pick a cage roller for light, dry soil or an Actipack roller for wet, heavy ground. The Actiflex roller offers a third option for varied field conditions.

Optional Gauge Wheels
Add gauge wheels for extra stability in rough fields or at high working speeds.
