Features

Self-Aligning Belt-Tightening System (Patent Pending)

Brehmer’s patent-pending self-aligning system automatically keeps the belt tight and tracking correctly, cutting down on manual adjustments and belt wear.

Direct Hydraulic Driving Crowned and Lagged Drive Pulley

A crowned and lagged drive pulley, driven directly by hydraulics, keeps the belt centered and tracking true for consistent, low-maintenance operation.

Hydraulic-Driven and Steerable Drive Wheel

A hydraulically driven drive wheel with power steering gives the operator precise, easy control when positioning the loader in the field or yard.

Variable Belt Speed

Adjustable belt speed lets the operator match the loading rate to the material and the job, from a slow, controlled feed to full-speed loading.

Adjustable Discharge Chute

The discharge chute adjusts to direct material exactly where it’s needed, reducing spillage and giving more control over the pile or load.

Stainless Steel Weather Covers – Optional Add-On

Optional stainless steel weather covers protect key components from the elements, helping extend the life of the machine in tough conditions.

Enclosed Discharge Spout – Optional Add-On

An optional enclosed discharge spout contains material as it leaves the belt, cutting down on dust and spillage during loading.
