Description
A Rowse Dump Rake makes the windrow size your haying system needs, even in light or uneven hay. Because the flexible design follows the contour of the ground, it picks up hay that other rakes leave behind. In addition, gentle handling keeps more leaf matter in the windrow and later in the bale or stack. Hay cures faster and more evenly in the swath, so more protein, vitamin, and mineral value stays intact. That combination lets operators bale or stack sooner and put up more tons per hour.
A Rowse Dump Rake converts from operating to transport position in three quick steps from the tractor seat. First, the operator unhooks the tractor from the main tongue and lifts it out of the way. Next, the tractor or pickup hitches to the short transport tongue on the end wheel. Because the rear wheel swings and locks into place, the whole process takes only seconds. Once locked, the rake travels safely at speeds up to 50 mph. Overall, a narrow 8-foot transport width lets the Rowse Dump Rake pass through gates and bridges with ease.
