LiquidLogic® Self-Priming System
Prime the boom without spraying a single drop on the ground. The boom is ready in less than 50 seconds, saving money through reduced chemical losses. LiquidLogic also keeps product in constant circulation, reducing chemical settling and hot spots within the boom.

Simple Maintenance Access
Routine maintenance is quick and straightforward. The operator has easy access to all service points, and daily checks are minimal — keeping your machine in the field, not in the shop.

Smart AWD — Better Traction, Better Turning
Massey Ferguson Smart AWD technology measures wheel speed at each corner of the machine, checking for slippage. When slippage is detected, the system automatically adjusts the offending wheel to reduce traction loss — delivering increased traction, better turning capability, reduced compaction while turning, and reduced operator fatigue.

Transmission Management System
The single hydrostatic 130cc Danfoss transmission allows the machine to operate at full capacity at a lower RPM — delivering better fuel economy, reduced cab noise, and less wear on the drivetrain. The operator can set two desired speeds and manage engine RPM, ideal for application and turn row adjustments.

C-Flex Chassis — Stay Grounded
The fully bolted C-flex chassis is manufactured from highly rupture-resistant modified carbon steel. Unlike welded frames, when the suspension runs out of travel the chassis itself flexes — keeping all four wheels in contact with the ground through channels, waterways, and challenging contours.

Independent Active Pneumatic Suspension
Each airbag is controlled by its own dedicated mechanical valve, ensuring a smooth ride no matter the terrain. Shock loads are absorbed by the suspension rather than the chassis and boom, extending service life. A 5-gallon reservoir with mechanically driven compressor also provides two outlets for cleaning nozzles and the cab.

90- and 100-Foot Boom Options
Built on AGCO’s deep global history in application equipment, the boom is strong, reliable, and floats exceedingly well even in high-speed applications. Standard features on every boom include: section control, OptiHeight boom levelling, boom suspension on center section, 1″ stainless steel boom line, HyPro 5-way nozzle bodies, and optional fence row nozzles.

145 GAL/Min HyPro Product Pump
The centrifugal HyPro pump is controlled by a PWM valve and runs at precisely the right rate to maintain correct product output — even during speed changes. Constructed of stainless steel and driven by hydraulic motor for durability and consistent performance.

740- or 860-Gallon Product Tank
Choose the tank size that fits your operation. Each polyethylene tank features a rotating rinse nozzle fed by a 92.4-gallon freshwater tank, a 10.5-gallon standalone hand wash tank, adjustable agitation rate (2x jet), and high- and low-level tank sensors. The tank sits in a cradle that allows the chassis to flex independently beneath it.

Simple Reload Station
Designed for ease of use, the reload station features 2″ and 3″ cam lock fill points, an optional 150 GAL/min reload pump, a 7-gallon HyPro chemical eductor, tank rinse, hand wash, and an air connection for nozzle cleaning. Simple to understand and operate.

Comfortable, Ergonomic Cab
The cab is simple, uncluttered, and functional — designed to maximize operator comfort during long days of spraying. Controls are ergonomically arranged and within easy reach, with a generous amount of space to increase daily productivity and reduce fatigue.

Adjustable Air Ride Seat with Instructor Seat
The pneumatic air ride seat with full adjustment, combined with the hot/cold HVAC system and active charcoal cab filter, ensures a comfortable and pleasant work environment at any time of year. An instructor seat is standard.

Excellent Visibility of Tires & Boom
The cab positioning provides an excellent view of the front, sides, and rear — with greater visibility of the tires and boom than comparable machines. Less craning and leaning means less fatigue across a full day’s work.

Low Noise & Vibration
The cab is mounted on 4x rubber isolators to minimize noise and vibration experienced by the operator. The Transmission Management System also reduces engine RPM during operation, keeping the cab quieter throughout the day.

AgControl® with Auto-Steer Standard
The MF 500R Series arrives factory-fitted with AgControl® (NT01) and Novatel sub-meter auto-steer. Standard section control is included. When higher precision is required, the system can be upgraded to RTK (Trimble and RS1 options also available).

Easy Record Keeping
All jobs and spray data are recorded on the terminal and easily stored to a USB drive for record keeping, compliance documentation, and agronomic data analysis.
