Kinze 201 Mach Till

Description

The Kinze 201 Mach Till packs Mach Till performance into a compact, entry-level package. This 20-foot, 2-section disk handles spring and fall tillage in one pass. Independently mounted discs flex 11.5 inches and follow ground contours over rocks. A hydraulic weight system keeps working depth consistent across the full width.

Features

Tillage Process & Discs

Independently Mounted Discs
Every disc arm swings 11.5 inches to dodge rocks and follow the ground underneath.

Rubber Torsion Disc Mounts (Heavy-Duty Optional)
Four rubber spring elements hold each disc arm firmly against the soil. Heavy-duty disc arms are available as an upgrade.

Concave Smooth & Double-V Discs
Shallow-faced smooth and double-V discs cut aggressively and break up compacted soil layers.

Finishing & Weight Control

OTICO Rubber Furrow Roller (LSTX Design)
The full-width OTICO roller firms soil and residue without compacting the ground.

Hydraulic Weight Distribution
A pressure-compensated system spreads frame weight wing to wing for consistent depth.

Four High-Flotation Tires
Four high-flotation tires support the frame and keep ground pressure low.

Durability & Hookup

Maintenance-Free DoubleSealed Bearings
Double-sealed bearings, composite bushings, and oversized pins reduce maintenance across many acres.

Tungsten Carbide Scrapers
Tungsten carbide scrapers wipe mud from the roller and resist wear over time.

Category 4 Articulating Hitch
A Category 4 articulating hitch lets the 201 turn tightly behind smaller tractors.

Hydraulic Jack
A hydraulic jack speeds up hookup and simplifies storage between seasons.
