I have personal numbers for many of the service technicians and I know that if I ever have a problem, all I have to do is call them and they will take care of any issue. In fact, I’ve never run across one of their customers yet who hasn’t been treated like a close friend. Even though the company has gotten bigger and Earl Livingston has retired, the way they treat their customers hasn’t changed. You’re still important to them, whether you own one piece of equipment or a dozen machines.
